For many years I handled most types of immigration cases.  Over time my criminal practice expanded and I began to be more selective on what types of immigration cases I accept. Also, immigration procedures and delays became too frustrating and I hated the fact that I could not have concrete answers for my clients.  It's sad that my clients facing criminal accusations have more constitutional and procedural rights than those who are immigrants and just need their migration issues resolved.
